This scheme is creating 18 new affordable ‘infill homes’ on empty and disused plots of land, across three sites.
Infill homes provide additional housing in pre-existing housing areas. This is sometimes referred to as ‘land recycling’.
Features of the Devons Road Infills scheme include:
- 18 new homes: 6 social rent and 12 shared ownership.
- Across three sites: Birchdown House car park, Denbury and Holsworthy House garages, and Huntshaw House garages.
Works are expected to start on site in Summer 2020 and to be completed in Autumn 2021.
