cannot add in the above KPIs they are not on the list, what is the filter on this list on the KPI Block compared to the KPI Highlight Block
can only add in two kpis - need access to add in a third and also need the abiltity to pick if there is 1,2 or 3 kpis in the row (and inactive button or add kpi button like on the dashboard page)
