Over two phases, the Bromley High Street scheme is creating 13 new affordable homes, and 2 new bases for Poplar HARCA’s Estate Services teams.

Features of the scheme include:

  • 13 new homes: 5 social rent and 8 shared ownership.
  • 2 new Estate Services bases: New bases for Poplar HARCA’s Estate Services teams on Rounton Road and Powis Road. The improved spaces will provide the facilities needed for more efficient caretaking and grounds maintenance services for local residents.

The Phase 1 works to the Estate Services bases are now complete.

The Phase 2 works to the new homes are currently taking place on site, and are expected to be completed by Spring 2021.

“The new Estate Services Head Office is modern, bright, airy and is much more efficient than before. Plus, being more central to the Devons estate, it allows me to see how the local services are running on a much more frequent basis.”

Scott Gosling, Head of Estate Services

"The new Landscape Department base at Rounton Road has provided an excellent working site for the Landscape Team, with kitchen, welfare, office, storage and parking facilities to enable the staff to be a safe, efficient and professional part of the Poplar HARCA work force.”

Tim Wilcox, Estate Services Manager (Landscape Management)
