With Muse Developments and RM_A Architects, we want to build 274 new homes in Bromley-by-Bow.
This development would provide 82 new social homes, now known as London Affordable Rent, and 33 for shared ownership. We want to create a new pocket park and build four new shops to reinvigorate the neighbourhood centre.
The site is located between Bruce Road and Bromley High Street, close to Bow Road.
500 local people gave us feedback on our development ideas and have had real influence on the final planning application
The new homes include terraced family houses and apartments ranging in size from studio to 4 bedrooms
The building designs consider nearby listed buildings including the former Rose and Crown pub which dates back to the late 18th century.
