Our Partners

We work closely with local employers, both large and small, to help them recruit local people through work experience, apprenticeships and job opportunities. We also work together to develop bespoke recruitment and training programmes.

  • Workpath: We partner with the service in their delivery of bespoke programmes such as Women in Health and 50+ programme. They are also a good source for referrals for clients who can be supported into some of the training and employment opportunities available through them.
  • LBTH Resident Support Outreach team: A member of the team comes once a week to provide a drop in clinic for advice and support with Universal Credit claims, housing issues and referrals to specialist services.
  • Barts Health NHS Trust: Barts is largest NHS Trust in the UK, employing approximately 15,000 people across five local hospitals: Mile End Hospital, The Royal London Hospital, Newham University Hospital, St Bartholomew’s Hospital and Whipps Cross University Hospital.

    Our partnership offers two bespoke training programmes. Successful candidates become part of Barts’ Talent Pool and have exclusive access to entry level vacancies, including apprenticeships, with a particular focus on Admin and Health Care Assistant jobs.
  • Clarion: The lead housing association for the Love London working project. We work with them to explore cross London opportunities for our local residents. The other partners in the project include: A2 Dominion, Charlton, Hexagon, Hyde, One Housing and Optivo.
  • Job Centre: We work closely with the Dod Street Office, providing employment support and training to referrals. A Job Centre Officer assists our team one day a week.
  • Cracked It: Cracked It is an award-winning phone repair service staffed by young offenders. They conduct repairs from regular pop-up clinics in large workplaces and deliver phone repair employability programmes for young offenders, youth at-risk and young people not in education, employment or training.
  • Solucious Equinox: Solucious Equinox can design and deliver bespoke training courses for all your learning needs. They are highly experienced and qualified former police officers who deliver tailored Leadership and Management courses, County Lines and Gangs Awareness, Safeguarding, and much more. They are partnered with a London based Prime Levy provider to deliver Leadership and Management apprenticeship courses. These have been successfully designed and delivered for their private, public and third sector clients.
