Aberfeldy Centre is the hidden jewel of the Aberfeldy Estate.
A welcoming space it provides a sense of belonging to all who visit. A central hub for information it also specialises in health and wellbeing activities for all age groups and offers a varied programme.
The centre is easily accessible to those with disabilities, and all rooms are on the ground floor level. It also boast a community garden space and a playgroup and café on site.

The number 309 bus arrives just outside the community centre at stop 'Ettrick Street'.
If you're coming from further away, All Saints (DLR) station and Canning Town (Jubilee line) are the closest stops.
Another really good way to get to the centre is to use the A12 underpass (behind Balfron Tower which comes up on Dee Street) which links the Aberfeldy area to the Brownfield area in a pedestrian and bike-friendly manner!

The Aberfeldy Centre has a range of facilities including an IT suite, a multi-purpose hall, an internet café with free WiFi and an outdoor play area with a basketball court.
It provides a range of social and educational activities for individuals and families, including hosting Abertots Playgroup, running a gardening group, co-ordinating community events and health activities for all ages.
The centre is available for private hire and community bookings (including evenings and weekends). We are always open to working with partners to deliver or host activities for our local residents. This includes working with volunteers who add so much value to our work. Please ring us or come and see us for a chat.
