“When I first joined the Aberfeldy centre, it was to get to know the community. I was very pleased to find friends for myself and my children, but also a safe environment where we get to play, learn and be fit and healthy.

The team have been a great support to the community which made it easy to want to be a volunteer. It’s also been great getting back into the work experience, really helping me to set up for the working world again.

By being a role model I can show families that I work with that they can think for themselves and that it’s ok to ask for support.”
