Rafi has lived in the Poplar area for around 10 years.

He is interested in empowering young people in the community and wider community development.

Rafi is Chair of the Youth Empowerment Board, a board within Poplar HARCA dedicated to highlighting issues faced by youths in the community and finding ways to mitigate them.
