Member of the Finance & General Purposes Committee
Kate was born in South Africa and has lived in East London since 2016.
She holds a BSc (Honours) in Property Studies, a MSc in City and Regional Planning and is a member of the RTPI.
Kate works for Argent Services LLP and has worked primarily on King’s Cross, a 67-acre mixed-use regeneration scheme which has patiently transformed, with respect for the site’s unique heritage, an industrial wasteland into a thriving neighbourhood. She currently leads planning applications within King’s Cross and Brent Cross South, a joint venture with Barnet council to deliver a new town centre, including up to 6,700 new homes and significant employment, leisure, retail, educational, health and green space.
